Anna Elgie (she/her) is a creative writer, technical writer, and editor living on Treaty 7 land in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Elgie offers workshops on the craft of writing, and in 2025 will launch her reading series Once Upon an Estranged Family Christmas.
She is the winner of the 2024 Brenda Strathern Writing Prize.
She is currently writing two historical novels, and gratefully acknowledges the financial support of the Alberta Foundation for the Arts and Calgary Arts Development.
