The author formerly known as ‘Anna Shannon’ will now be known as ‘Anna Elgie.’ Future publications will bear that name.

I’ve chosen the name Elgie based on an affinity I have to a branch of my family tree. It is an ancient Scottish name, pre-dating the Norman Conquest, and predictably has been ascribed a number of meanings.
